Thanks for your reply! I was so inactive I had forgot how much I had accomplished six years ago. On top of everything else I have had sciatic nerve issues for around 4 years, the exercises are helping though.
Early 2025 I started having issues with my mills computer, that led to a new computer for my Tormach.
I think Tormach's kits & maintenance parts are usually much easier than this turned out to be. One of the annoying things was 3-6 foot cords that literally need to be 6-12 inches long.
The next thing on the agenda was to make new side covers. For some unexplainable reason when I originally built it I thought ten screws on each side would look cool.
I fixed that! One in each corner. Also on the center part of the crankcase I repaired a stripped hole, drilling and tapping them all deeper. Now it was time for the new side covers.
I thought I had more photos up so if anyone thinks I don't have enough photos up I can add some of making the crankshaft.
