A really nice job on that base, it shows of your work very nicely. I particularly like the neat installation of the voltmeter and switch.
Now you can add a dovetail cornered drawer for background information and instructions.

I have a question with this engine since I started machining the camshaft
And When I set the lobe timing for the engine: when I set the lobe timing correctly for the right cylinder, timing lobe on opposite cylinder side is out of position -- right image
And when I simply model it in 3D it is pretty much exactly what I am experiencing
Does that happen to your engine?

I hope I can help.
For a start you could read Post #260 in this topic - the 13° downward slope of the tappets and valves is confusing. At a quick look just now the right-hand diagram in your picture looks to be correct. Because the camshaft centreline is well above the cylinder heads the tappets and valve stems have that 13° downward slope below the horizontal on both sides of the engine. This slope rotates the valve events clockwise on one side of the engine and anticlockwise on the other. To make the valve timing correct the cams for #1 and #4 have to be rotated one way and those for #2 and 3 the other.
I hadn't looked at the topic for a long time and all the pictures have vanished, I've probably messed something up in OneDrive. Sorry about that!
