Last September I posted it here. It's pity we couldn't manage to get it to production.
Engine is a dream. We didn't give up yet. In the past months, we designed a new machine and managed to control its cost in low level. Soon we'll launch it.
Wanna first share its first pictures here.
It's a Single Over Head Cam, and comes with water cooling, splash oiling, electric starter. We are also developing its CDI ( possible with ECU ).
Intensive testing will be carried out before launching.

hope the end of month we could test the sample, and deliver around end of August.
This engine is based on former one if you have saw the video.
Cost is around $2000 EX-work ( exclusive of spark plugs and ignitions ). It might come with CDI. This is under test.

To clarify the mistake, check the pictures. it's a Single Over Head Cam Engine. There is a water pump. Camshaft and crankshaft are fully supported by bearings.

Your video about machining the Camshaft does not seem to be working. Have you got it set to private? Do you have any more videos about actually making the models?

This unit is a modification from previous Push-rod engine. In this way we could control the manufacture cost at an affordable level. Beside this, we removed the oil pump. Below are some details to share:

Engine Type: Single Over Head Cam, 24 Valves
Stroke: 18mm
Bore: 16.68mm
Displacement: 49.89CC
Fuel: Petrol
Cooling: Water Cooling (gear pump) and Dry Sleeve
Oiling: Splash Oiling
Start: 480 Brushed Motor Starter
One Piece Alloy Steel Forged Crankshaft and Camshaft, 7 brackets support
Single Piston Ring in taper face and ductile iron
Valve System driven by Sync Belt

Sorry but I can't watch most of the videos. When you record video with your phone in a vertical orientation it makes it seem like I'm looking through a keyhole when watching it. From what I saw of the full width videos your work is quite nice.

yes in future we need prepare 2 videos, one in vertical and the other horizontal.

Finally the camshaft comes. See how sharp it is. This one caused some trouble. The factory could not meet our precision. We have to find other supplier. It took some time.

Note the water channel, the dry sleeve, and the full supported crankshaft. Crankshaft is heat treated.

It looks like a glowplug from a diesel engine. Not so custom

In the spark ignition version you showed, what size/brand are the spark plugs? Have you settled on spark ignition vs. glow ignition or plan on offering both ways?

It's Spark Ignition (LSND 1/4-32), but you can turn it into a glow ignition engine. We don't plan to offer glow ignition for now.

Latest 2 updates. Engine is still under tweaking. The piston will upgrade to 2 rings. We'll turn all 12 exhausts spit fire.
