still alive people.
lots of highs lots of lower lows in this model train buisness.
my picture taking is a bit less constant but the progress is there.. last update i was in the valve gear and some painting

looking good there
next were the different levers for the drain and the reverser

close to finished

now the eccentric strap about to be made. this went ok

this is one of my 2 good ideas i get in a year. i printed a dividing jig on the back end of the lathe and a ajustable plate to be able to get it repeatable, removed the belt to avoid tripping the power switch by mistake) and was able to make the gear for the oiler

this was the little ratchet that could

quiclky on the fire grill

and ash pan i used copper because i had that proper thickness but i don't see a problem with that

now the boiler is advancing ...

but i wanna make sure everything works instead of just making part so you tell me if it works
LOWER VOLUME COMPRESSOR NOISE
so yeah it's kinda chooching, still lots of clearances and rought spot to improve on but it's kinda of alive. this week i should have the lever linked to the reverser but it's very hard to get all the angles happy.
thanks for keeping up
