Super heater stack


these are made from 1 length of 5/32 stainless tube ( hypodermic tube ) and folded up like a trombone each tube is approx 5 foot long

the top row are over the fire and the lower row just peep out of the fire tube





the head block took some working out to get the passages in the right place it looks wrong but is in-fact correct

Blimey Stuart that supperheater looks right complicated, how did you do the trombone bends?, I read someware that you have to heat the tube white hot to get a clean bend is that correct.
