I know I got a sneak preview Andy….  ;) Stunning job.

It will be great to see both of them together next month at the Anson.

Excellent  :praise2:  :wine1:

Chipmaster:
Hi Roger, I haven't done anything with the dynamo for two or three years, time flies.
However, today I was fed up with a recalcitrant Centaur model engine and instead ran the Retlas engine for the first time in ages. I must finish the larger seven inch pulley I started three years ago using a cast iron Mini brake drum.

A quick question.

The wooden handle appears to set the position of the brushes on the commutator.

What’s its purpose?

Thanks
Keith
