The supply you have is plenty adequate for  plating model size parts. The one you linked to is a more modern equivalent of the  old lab supply I am using.

made some brass angle stock and soldered on the coal port slides and a section on the rear corner.. the soldering did warp the larger areas but some percussive work from the backside on the smooth surface got them back into flatness.. cut the port holes and made the sliding covers.. I guess these were fairly basic in operation (sailor proof) thinking about having one open with some coal showing..

found the solution to what to use to hold the plating solution in.. slim may get a shocking experiance if he relaxes to much,, at least pickled.. worked on the watertank boxes, might be down to the last few ash and cherry staves, would be nice to get all this sealed..

Does that container have a lid? I use one of those plastic food storage boxes with a lid, the plating solution can be reused over and over if kept sealed up, and it saves a day making new solution each time. Whatever you use, dont use it again for food.

I have a couple for jars with non-metalic lids for storage,, the pyrex baking dish fits on part at a time without getting into large jars..

with the watertank boxes in place, some measurements showed that my plans and waxes for the condensate were to large,, spent the morning drafting and planning,, came up with drawing that should fit,, also looks like I can use the same build up method that was used on the waxes to mill and carve a pump body from brass..

had to come into work early this morning to check on a few things,, did give me the time to get a good start on the condensate pump body,, with use of the soldering clips thinking all the parts (5) can be done in one heat.. I think slim is happy to be back inspecting things around the machines (had to replace most of my DRO's batteries this am)
