Trouble posting pictures

This is for the administrators,

I posted a new thread on a tiny vertical twin steam engine. I tried earlier today and I got a warning that said the file was too big. I tried again just awhile ago and got the same results.
Is there a server problem?  I've been doing this for a long time and I have all the pictures downsized to just slightly over 1k per.
I ended up loading them on my Photobucket account and pasting them in.

I too had some problem but it wasn't photos. I had posted a reply in the governor  thread Jo was doing and my
Post disappeared. I had to do another reply post.
