Absolutely beautiful work Pavel!
It runs as nice as it looks and I love the concrete base.

As always Paval, more than suitably impressed with your valve work. You appear to have in this build selected 90 degree isolation valves for all or both applications

Are these simply 90 degree rotation tapered plug valves?.......apart from using the same saddle cross slide angle setup for both valve bodies and plugs, is there any lapping, or just grease with metal on metal  for sealing?

Without giving any secrets away  :happyreader:  ...do you select say a harder [aluminium bronze] for the valve body then brass for the plug?

Always good to see.....

Lastly, what is this?....... a glass cylinder with a free floating Teflon piston with an energised o-ring in an exhaust line?

regards
Derek

Hi, I'll try to answer everything. Sorry for my English. Two glass cylinders - 1 is a thermometer up to 100 C, the other is a float gauge. The steam outlet is connected to a water condensate cooler. I make taps (valves) on a lathe where I set 2.5 degrees. The taps must be applied with abrasive paste.
