ANZANI aero engine type Y
« on: December 01, 2017, 08:41:25 PM »
Hello.
I am considering the above engine as a next project, the decision depends up availability of drawings and castings. I have the ME series of articles but would like larger size drawings to work to. I understand that Mr L W Chenery has passed but that his son is selling the drawings. Does anybody have postal or email address for Mr Chenery jnr?
Also i understand that castings are made by Mike Cole who i have tried to contact via message service of this forum several times  but no response. If you read this Mike could you please send me a message? Or does anybody else know how to establish a link with Mike?
Many thanks
Trevorc

Trevor, Mike does show up as a member as you already know but apparently has never been active, meaning he has not even signed in since signing up so don't hold any hopes for him seeing your post or your earlier PM's. Perhaps Jo or Jason can put you on to some better contact information for him.

I have a set of Mike's castings - I have Mike Cole [removed to stop spam PM's will go to his Email address]  as his address.

I also have the full size blueprints obtained from: JC <chenerz@msn.com>

Mike has posted on here but he is normally off out and about in his camper  ::)

Yes getting him to respond to Emails is difficult, especially when he is owing me a few more Scorpion drawings  :disappointed:

Jo Although PM's will go to his e-mail address they tend to take a month or two to get there from this forum

Is there a link to see what this engine looks like. I might be interested too.

Mike may have the odd set of castings left but his friend who did the foundry casting has given up  :-\
