New Picture Size Limit

Please note that when attaching pictures to the end of your posts (not third part hosting inline pictures), a new size limit has been put into place limiting each individual picture to no more than 512kB. It will now be necessary to reduce the size of any attached pictures to fit within this limit or the upload will fail. This is to help those with slower internet connections and also to help conserve server space. The recommended maximum picture size is 800 x 600 and this will fit well within the new per picture limit.
