You noticed the wheel spin
A bit of pilot error, opening the regulator too quick.
The front springs are too weak as well. They need to be changed as the loco has bottomed out.
One or two more minor niggles but all in all a successful day.
She is booked in for the boiler inspector on Wednesday. She has to have another hydraulic test at 1 1/2 times working pressure, i.e. 120 PSI followed by a steam test. If all is well a certificate will be issued then maybe a trial run around the track.
