Elmer's Fancy by ReFlad
« on: August 11, 2012, 12:45:21 AM »
Here's a video of a Elmer's Fancy that I built in January of 2011.  Don't know why I never posted it.  I remember it being a very enjoyable build, and when it was done, it struck me that it looked like a 1940 ish cigarette lighter.  Hmmm.

:) "Fancy" is a fun build

Kind regards, Arnold

Procrastination is nearly the same, but it precludes machining.

Nothing wrong from my vantage point Dave; Video works perfectly...

N-I-C-E!!! job Ron, very nice indeed. It does sort of look like an Art Deco lighter, sort of  , but hey, that's OK, better that than a doorstop :hammerbash: . Beautiful finish. Seems to run good as well. Show us some more of your works, we'd love to it if this is any indication of your craftsmanship. BRAVO!

Thanks Everyone for all the nice comments.  I have since become more motivated to finish an engine that is a year and a half old.  (I actually worked all afternoon on it...)

Steamer,
You can see this on Youtube, just look for "ReFlad Fancy", and it should pop up.

Later,

Ronald
