Posting video?

Can somebody please tell me how to post a video?
I have some computer (CAD) engine animations I would like to share.
When I try to attach a .mpg file, it tells me "file type unsupported".

John, I think you need to host something like an mpg or other video file at a video server, such as Youtube.  Then you
will be able to put them from Youtube into this forum.
