The DoAll videos are worth watching.  There are 50 of them.  There is some really good stuff there.  The YouTube channel is "College Machinist" and is a collection of instructional machine shop videos from the the late 1970's produced by DoAll.

Based on the view numbers for that channel, it doesn't appear that this collection is all that well known.  I would highly recommend them to everyone, no matter what their skill level.
