Need Help With Tiny Power Oscillating Marine Engine

Hi Everyone,
About a year ago I bought a group of 4 model engine casting kits.  One of them is, I believe, a Marine Standard oscillator from Tiny Power.  I have drawings, but something (a mouse?) ate around the edges and some of the information is gone.  I'm hoping someone can help supply the missing information.  Please see the photos.  Specifically, I need the overall height of the frame on page 2, and the text of the note on page 5.  I've drawn boxes around the missing info.

The missing dimension seems to be about 3.34 inches (sorry, I don't do fractions).

I don't think much text is missing from the paragraph.
I read it as follows:

Trunnion spring is furnished and
held in place by (2) 5/40 nuts.  Do
not over tighten-spring tension
should only be enough to prevent
leakage.  One end of the trunnion
rod should be threaded 15/32" so
that it treads into the cylinder
3/32".  Lock in place w/loctite.

Jasonb:
The overall height is a non critical size, the top is likely to be left "as cast"

However if you want to put a size on it add half the port face height 0.718" and 0.250" to the ctr height of the pivot and you will get 3 1/8" so possibley 3 3/32" on the drawing.


What Pat (CI) says about the text. Without seeing the pivot I would say one end needs threading 15/32" and is the end the nuts go on. The other only threaded a short distance (3/32?) as the hole in the port fac eis going to be quite shallow. This would be fairly typical for any wobbler with different lengths of thread at each end.
