My first model engine is not finished yet but today it came alive for the first time.  It is a Kiwi Mark II which I got from Hemingway about 13 months ago.

The runs are relatively short because the fuel is only in the the plastic pipe (no fuel tank).

I still need to do the exhaust pipe, a proper base and some sort of fuel tank.

It's been a long time coming.  Now I have the impetus to finish it off and maybe start thinking of what to do next.  For sure not another casting.
