I made a video about remelting a B.M.W. rim and I must say it is an excellent alloy for the hobby caster.

I wouldn't mind a BMW rim, but they might be kind of hard to find in my neck of the woods!

Take one from opposing corners - if the car is well balanced, he may not notice till the first corner!   :LittleDevil: :Jester:

I once saw a Fiero parked out on the street in front of my house balanced in the middle on two cinderblocks. Thieves in the night....

Don't think they were metal casters, though.
