Scheduled Reboot

Hi all,

My hosting company needs me to re-boot the machine this forum lives on for some maintenance reason or t'other... so this evening (~6pm UK time) I will be briefly putting the forum into maintenance mode, then I'll re-boot the server a few minutes later. This will result in a short outage. Once the server has rebooted, the forum will be re-opened for normal use. Hopefully, most of you won't even know it's happened!

Also, later this year, I plan to migrate the forum in its entirety to a new, faster, server - but also a new hosting architecture which should make it much easier to migrate in the future. I am slowly moving all the pawns on the board into the right places; I'll put an announcement here when I'm ready to go ahead with that change. That's not likely to happen for a few weeks though.

Things seem a little bit slow to me, hopefully that will resolve shortly.
