which is that casting for ? a pump  it will be a bronze  i hope.
set in the 4jaw  the hole and the face can be cleaned up square to each other and the thread true

It's a Stuart 5a pump with a my own air reservoir and I did exactly that and squared off the face after boring; it worked well John, thanks
