Screen protector for the shop machines

Lotsof us use lexan guards to watch what's going on while we machine until th we y gets crotched up to the point of being useless.   I saw this trick on the Tormach users forum.  Clean and polish the lexan.  Take your time and get it nice.
Then on the side facing the chips  clean an area and add a armored glass tablet screen protector.   I then gave it a shot of "RainX".    Made a huge difference   there's 8 hours of cut time on that window in the pictue

The acrylic sheets I use on lathe and mill are getting quite cloudy from the chips, I'll  try that on the new set!
