Thanks, everyone.
The brass banding is held on with 2 cut off small brass nails glued into shallow holes drilled in the back of the cylinder.

I very much like the 'quarry tile' floor. A good find. They look just like the famed Dennis Ruabon 'Heatherbrown'.

Hi I have that book and it has quite a few good looking engines for inspiration. Its good to have friends that can help out with stock materials ,,,, this engine will look really smart with the base design you are using ...I like all your tooling as well

I have spent quite a bit of time on the watts linkage, and I now have some motion to show!
