 Very sad news for sure.  Stan was the driving force behind the MEM group gatherings at Cabin Fever years ago.  I have often wondered how he was doing.

That is sad news. He was one of the people that lived near one of my vacation destinations, and was willing to have a visitor show up at his door. He was a great organizer at engine shows for the MEM crew. As I understand from conversations with folks, he went through a lot of hobbies and engines was only one of those.

R.I.P. Stan. We got to be good friends and had many good times.
 Stan was instrumental in keeping me motivated to build more engines.
He also introduced me to many of you who have always been friendly and helpful.
