I did try a to do that a little bit, but couldn't get it dialled in to a reasonable amount - also I wanted to make one from scratch as I was annoyed with myself and I think it's be important for future builds especially because of the restorations I like doing......here's the result

And I think she's done .........running a lot better with new gaskets, piston rings and crankshaft. I turned a bit of hardwood on the lathe for the circular base which this shaped engine suited.

This has been an enjoyable build with a few trials and tribulations along the way, but that's what adds to fun!  :)

Congratulations on this beautiful engine! I like the color; it goes well with the wooden base.

It makes me really want to build such a beautiful engine myself sometime.   ;)
