Charles has beaten me to it with reference to the excellent small rotary table designed by Geo. H. Thomas. For all but quite large radii it is much the easiest rotary table to use, especially for little components like link motion parts and the little ends of con rods, where there isn't very much material to be taken off and the table can be swept round against a fast cutter fairly rapidly. I usually set the stops just a little short of the blend, and then nudge them fractionally to achieve the final result. Dave
