Here are a few pictures of the valve. Maybe that's enough for you to create your own design for such a valve. If I could master CAD drawing it would be easier to draw you a blueprint. But unfortunately I'm too stupid for that.

I think if you can incorporate a small Kohnian groove into the bore in the rotary piston, then an even better controller characteristic would be possible. The valve then does not open as quickly. I always use graphite grease on the sealing material for steam. And I have had good experiences with Anti Size in the valve.
