steam show near Berlin

Michael S.:
Yes Kim, I hope it's a nice weekend and I'm glad that my father, at 81 years old, is still doing it.

Here's another suggestion for Roger. He could install his Junkers engine in a Feldbahn locomotive.

And I knew that Fowler had a company in my hometown, but I had never actually seen a tractor.

Greetings Michael

crueby:
If there is that Fowler tractor nearby, you may need to do a model of it!

I have some old Marion catalogs of the gold mining dredges they did with bucket lines like that model has. I've never seen a drag line like that with the three rails underneath plus the rails for the ore cars, there is a LOT going on in that video!  On the gold dredges, the buckets went in the other direction to lift up dirt/rocks out at the end under the water, and lifted them up onto the boom, back into the dredge where they were dumped into a trommel barrel for washing before putting the gold/dirt through a set of riffles to separate the gold. Lots of different variation on that type of machine!
Great show, thanks for the pictures/videos!

Michael S.:
Today we're steaming.
I have my "Dörfel", "the Sachsenberg" and an oscillating steam engine with me.

Greetings Michael

Kim:
Beautiful models, Michael!  Looks like a chilly morning.  Hope you're staying warm and having fun!

Michael S.:
The weather was great yesterday. But there are a lot of mosquitoes here that annoy us.
I have a video of the large steam engine that powered the factory. And a video of the engines and models. Unfortunately, there are always fewer exhibitors. Only a few young people left.
