That engine is quite a sweet sounding one! Great work on the crank and the addition of a third main. My thoughts on the outside two cylinders not running are along the direction of previous suggestions, and that maybe the two carb setup would test that.

great to see you have got the engine running again the work has been well rewarded.

is that the car beretta on one end of the inlet manifold would that make the first cylinder to rich an the last cylinder to lean

I'm very happy that the engine is running so well and since you've had success with it, it encourages me to get my flame eater, which doesn't run for me, back on the workbench.
