Hello, I am a new member from Ipswich in UK. I apprenticed as an aircraft engineer with the army, worked for the RAF and Sultan of Omans airforce befre working on transport refrigeration. I have built a 5 inch gauge 'Maid of Kent' locomotive and now building a 3 inch scale 'Little Samson' traction engine. I am a member of Ipswich Model engineering society.

Welcome to the forum! I always liked the Little Samson traction engines, and followed the build series years ago in Model Engineer Magazine. Would love to see pictures of your engine.  :cheers:

Hello and Welcome! The "Maid of Kent" is quite an attractive locomotive; look forward to seeing yours, as well progress on the "Little Samson".
