Stuart No 9, need help in NOLA area

Hi,
 I recently acquired an older Stuart no9. I'm needing someone in the New Orleans area to help get it up and running again. I don't have any machining tools (lathe, milling machine.) The engine has some issues. In my opinion these issues can be fixed with the right tools. It doesn't have to be someone from NOLA. Anywhere between NOLA and Pensacola FL is drivable for me. If someone can help, please reply. I might also add that I know nothing in this world is free. I am willing to pay money, or do some horse trading to get it done.
