I just uploaded a journal, or build log, for cues. It is on www.currin.us, my web page, under "Hobby Machining". It has a lot more description but the best pictures are in this thread. May be of interest to some.

Also just uploaded on that page a description of my CNC conversion of a Precision Matthews mill (PM728) and lathe (PM1022).
