Doc,  if I may impose on you, on the Demon V-8 exhaust system, not the zoomies but the one with the collector box, what dia. bending block did you make for the tubing bender you made to make the bends.?

I'll check the size as I don't remember. I do know I struggled with deforming the tube I ended up packing them with corn meal before forming them. I'll check the size when I'm get out in the shop.

The tightest tube bend looks to be .50 radius. I looked for my mandrels but was unable to find where I put them. That was the header tubes for the zoomi tubes it was tighter bends.
