You do incredible work.  I am in awe.

How did you do the lettering on the front of the fan?  Was it a stencil? I don't remember seeing that.  It is very crisp! (As is EVERYTHING that you do!)

The logo was painted on using a stencil, I have a Cameo cutting machine made by Silhouette. Their Silhouette software package allows direct import of DXF files from your CAD program. Using several different images that I had collected the logo was created in Alibre then sent to Silhouette to cut the stencil.
I had Rob Gill make the brass tag for me, I could have done it but I also needed a full sized one for my original Ky-Ko fan. He has his process dialed in, and does beautiful work at a reasonable price. He did the artwork working from a photo that I sent him. Rob makes lots of replacement tags for the antique engine collectors.
