Very cool, hot engine ;-)
I’ve purchased a few PM Research engines. I’ve found them to be quality casting kits.
And great folks to deal with.
My PM Research catalog shows this Solar Engine #3 in finished ready to run only.
No casting kit option.
Just asking, as I prefer to build them from casting kits.

I don't think PMR have ever sold a casting kit, though as you said they are great folks to deal with (even for an Aussie like me) maybe see if they will sell you the castings?

Closest one they have is the Solar #15 in a casting kit which has a glass cylinder vs the metal one.
