Mini Single Over Head Cam V12 Gasoline Engine

Anyone remember this engine:

Last September I posted it here. It's pity we couldn't manage to get it to production.


Engine is a dream. We didn't give up yet. In the past months, we designed a new machine and managed to control its cost in low level. Soon we'll launch it.


Wanna first share its first pictures here.


It's a Single Over Head Cam, and comes with water cooling, splash oiling, electric starter. We are also developing its CDI ( possible with ECU ).


Intensive testing will be carried out before launching.

hope the end of month we could test the sample, and deliver around end of August.

This engine is based on former one if you have saw the video.

Cost is around $2000 EX-work ( exclusive of spark plugs and ignitions ). It might come with CDI. This is under test.

To clarify the mistake, check the pictures. it's a Single Over Head Cam Engine. There is a water pump. Camshaft and crankshaft are fully supported by bearings.

Your video about machining the Camshaft does not seem to be working. Have you got it set to private? Do you have any more videos about actually making the models?

This unit is a modification from previous Push-rod engine. In this way we could control the manufacture cost at an affordable level. Beside this, we removed the oil pump. Below are some details to share:
