Hi just joined the site, recently retired after 53 years in Aerospace Engineering, started as an apprentice then universal milling for many years, eventually moved into management and ended up in commercial. I have a very small workshop containing both a vertical and horizontal mill and a 11 inch swing lathe. Over the past 18 years I must made over 20 scale model IC engines, most hit and miss stationary engines. I’m currently close to completing 2 half scale Hurcules engines, once completed I plan to start a model Retals engine powering a Manchester Dynamo.
