Just about got them done.
Been working on 2 small lathes that I'm building from scratch and decided to make a couple mini quick changes for them.

Doc, how small is the lathe? A normal watchmaker's lathe has a 50mm center height and very few quick change systems will work with ONLY 10mm between the top of the slide and the center as my Levin measures.

the center height from top of compound slide is about .5 or 12.7mm actually just shy .475 the quick change should work great with .25 or 3/16 tool bits.

Doc and anyone looking for a very small QC lathe system Tripan 00 series works for my Levin. These things are not cheap but they are very well built.

The smallest of the Multifix tool systems is a bit bigger than the Tripan: the Multifix "AA" goes down to 12mm - 6mm of the holder under the tool bit plus 6mm to the cutting edge of the tool.

For my Toyo lathe, with 50mm of tool height, I do have these little Tool Holders since several years, and they are a great help, imported from china, and much cheaper than genuine Tripan tooling, and specially much less flexible too
sold here by RCMachines in Luxembourg but also from other importers.
