Michael.......Congratulations, the model is superb
In this day & age with so many Rules :hammerbash: , [initially the product of Insurance and Public Liability matters] you were very lucky to run the engine on steam in a public environment
One question, when running the engine on steam, [we see the steam hazey mist] could you not partially fill the condenser with tap water?, and does the condenser also act as a form of oil trap, [we see the condenser has valved isolation valve to the bottom drum] for the lubricating steam oil injected?, to save it spitting out of the actual condenser discharge?
Derek

Hello Derek,
So far we have been lucky here in Germany with exhibitions and the operation of the model steam engine. Until something terrible happens. Will my private liability insurance help me?
In the video, the machine is running in the exhaust mode. Without cooling water. I would like to do the operation as a condenser machine again. On the day the video was made, the engine's pistons were suddenly stuck. oil shortage. The displacement oiler has failed. My steam boiler has a superheater and had a pressure of 5 bar. The steam was too hot. The machine needs an oil pump!
I would like to try an operation with cooling water. The condenser is equipped with many tubes. A steam cooling water pump is still missing.
