Thanks Stuart, today we are sparing the turkey, I've made Jambalaya with and without red meat. The turkey's for Saturday when the whole family can join.

Very good! Sounds like an excellent gathering. Wife and I spent yesterday with her brothers family. Very nice, bit of a sore head today. That’s OK, all I have on is a day infrint if silidworks designing some infernal machine for someone. If I get far enough maybe I can take some time to myself over the weekend and work on my own projects.
