Looking good.
I am waiting on cooler weather to avoid the ticks and other bugs that are out in force.

I like what you're doing. Old 60's Ford 850 here with a Pippens backhoe of similar vintage.

no haven't tried knapping "yet" , all older stuff no pottery shards,, a few years back I found 2 nice motars bowls, one is quarzt..

spent alot of time in the nice weather on the tractor this weekend, this axe head rolled out of backhoe bucket onto the scraped driveway.. didn't take a second look to figure out what it was..  :whoohoo: also a small scraper type tool..  :cheers:

all the finds seem to relate to the Guildford culture, 5000 to 6000 years old,, I not to far from where the culture was first described... if you search guildford axe you get matches to the axe I found...
