What kind of tool post do you have? The Aloris knurling tools work pretty well.Dave
Make sure you choose the Hemmingway Sensitive Knurling tool. It is a copy of the Marlco which is a very nice Knurling tool Jo
I made the Basic Hemingway Knurling Tool some years ago, it worked well and is straight forward to make the design lets you adapt the tool to suit whatever tool post your lathe has, a friend in Canada now has the tool.Mike.
I, also, have made one. It is well designed and straightforward to make and works fine on my Myford.Ron
I'm leaning toward a basic unit...I don't do a lot of complex knurling...The odd knob and handle...but my examples are lacking that's for sure...and the tool isn't helping me at all....Dave
With shipping its nearly $90. ....I can get a lot of knurler for that.....
