I guess I'm too much of an engineer!
« on: October 02, 2014, 11:58:29 AM »
I saw this headline on the BBC website:

Rolling stone cover sparks outrage

I had to click on it to read the story because my immediate reaction was that if it's generating sparks then this stone cover must surely be sliding rather than rolling. Only when I read the article did I realise they were talking about the front cover of the magazine "Rolling Stone".

Can anyone recomment an on-line supplier from whom I can order a life...

Allen,

I know the feeling.

I listened to the voice on the other end of the telephone asking the questions:

"What do you think about share?"

ME:

"I think open shares on entire drives are too large a security risk."

VOICE:

"No, not that share."

ME:

"I thought the Share healthcare network failed because not enough doctors wanted to participate."

VOICE:

"No, the share that is presently starring...."

ME:

"OK, You mean CHER, the singer and actress. Obviously, she's not the first thing on my mind today."

Did not Monty Python do the Life  of Brian

Maybe if you consulted that it would help

Or just buy some more castings/ machines  :stir:

Presumably because the weather was inclement? [ie "not sunny"]

I'll fetch me coat...

As it happens I've tried that - took SWMBO and daughters to see them live at the O2 (t'was brilliant!)
