Title: Prusa upgrade
Post by: wdeputy on July 24, 2019, 01:50:12 AM
I recently completed the Prusa Mk3 to Mk3S upgrade.  After a few small test prints I just made a larger (3 3/4 x 2 1/2 in, 95 x 60 mm) print.  It is a printed lithophane*.

Seen with lighting from the front, it is difficult to make out the image:

With the print lit from the rear, it becomes more readily identifiable:

That is fascinating. What did you use for a light source Walt?

It's just a round LED desk lamp that sits by the printer.
