Hello, my name is Jeff and I am new to the idea of building model engines.
I am currently in the slow process of building castings and cores for George Britnell's Fordillac V8.
I have a good portion of the engine modeled out in cad and being printed off. (cheaty way of going about it I guess)
I lack the lathe and milling machine at the moment, but I do have access to my fathers shop, whom I will probably "borrow" a Bridgeport from.
I enjoy building toys for the kids and fixing small engines in my spare time.
I would really like to get my hands on the challenger v8 plans, the casting kits are a bit out of my price range.

We moved from Toronto to St Catharines 3.5 years ago, and totally loving it. Everything seems 4-5km away. Lots of great restaurants, wineries (>100), distilleries and produce/fruit. And we get the Lancaster flying over at low altitude multiple times per year!
