Over in "Chatterbox - Please Join In" Baron was asking about the replacement adjustment levers I have on my gauges.
I bent these up from copper alloy sheet of some sort. It could have been beryllium copper or phospher bronze, it was a long time ago. Anything half hard or better will probably do - it just needs to have a bit of spring in it. Steel package strapping would probably do the job. Here's a few pics.
