I've just acquired this cute little model makers mill, it has a built-in 8" rotary table, all very upmarket. I've done the googling, looked on lathes.co.uk but I can't find any background on the mill. I'm thinking it was made in the 1950s and it was aimed at the well heeled model maker, does anyone know more? More pictures here, go to post #2146. http://metalworkforums.com/f65/t140510-todays-tools-gloat/page-144
Here's hoping the picture attachment thingy works.

Take a look at the BCA mill page on Tony's site

good one Bob :cartwheel:

Its based on a Mk 3 BCA which someone has taken off the lovely two speed beautifully balanced three phase motor and made up a huge bracket and put a single phase motor on it. It has 6 slots on the table :noidea: normally the BCAs have 4 and other copies 3.
Sorry can't help more as I cannot see the pics on the other forum.

I think the label indicates it was sold in Auckland, New Zealand.
