Hey guys.
Does anyone maybe know a business or shop where you can buy Polyurethane round bar? Preference in Europe. I want to use this material to replace certain rubbers/suspensions. Why buying parts when you could make them self.
Thanks, Alex

Alex,
You may already have tried this; put 'Polyurethane round bar' into the e-bay search window and you will get a number of possible suppliers.

AlexS:
Be careful what "hardness" of Poly that you get. Not sure what the correct term is but somebody here will probably be able to tell us.
Making suspension parts out of the wrong stuff may cure the squeaks and groans, but it could also make whatever you're putting them into ride like a lumber wagon. It may corner like it's on rails, but it could ride very rough. Of course if you're building a racer and not a cruiser then you probably WANT to feel every bump.

Most of the plastics suppliers do it.

If there are metal inserts or outer shells then you can buy it as 2-part liquid and pour around the parts. As said get the right Shore hardness rate

Thanks for the information guys! It is mainly intended to replace the rubbers of the stabilizer bars. These are currently of rubber and already torn.
