Looks like I’ll be busy for a few days :lolb: Here’s our orders for Saturday through the Wednesday before thanksgiving :facepalm: Did I tell you I’m sick of turkey already :lolb:

Chris, my old time regular staff knows that the funds generated by thanksgiving is used for Christmas bonuses and such and they educate the younger ones much better than I could; i.e. ain’t nobody gonna mess those boards up. Kirk, ain’t got nobody to delegate to :lolb: :lolb:. But I gotta admit that this is my “time” . I kinda actually enjoy doing it and even enjoy more the fact that people have chosen us to provide them with a special meal for their families. Bill, we sell a 10-12lb ( precooked weight) breast. Actually, it’s three breasts “glued together” with their own fat. They are sealed in foil and we cook the majority of them in the pit (think foil wrapped potato cooked in campfire or fireplace) the flavor isn’t “smoked”, more like “brick oven”. Deep frying yields a delicious whole bird, but, it’s a fire looking for a place to happen and the worst four letter word around a BBQ joint is “FIRE” . Thanks for the interest guys.
