Here's mine. It's a clone of Steve Bedair's.

It runs on a 42 x 15 x 13 ball race. I had hoped to fix a small piece of steel rule to the tool for setting the size but I can't find the remnant I put somewhere ... First Ball turned is of course affixed to the tool!

That looks much nicer than the one I made to a similar design. However, I don't use it much. The main problem is that I don't have enough clearance between the chuck and the cross slide for the base, let alone for the rotating part, so I can't work close to the chuck. As a result I can only use it for parts being cut from large bars that are stiff enough to stick out from the chuck a ways. It might be more useful on a larger machine.
However, I did make a little table for the rotating part, so it can double as a rounding table :)
