A very nice set of plans in Steam & Stirling book # 4 for a twin cylinder oscillating engine. I made mine double size and it was a nice project to work on.

Very nice build. How much air pressure does it take for slow/fast ?

With a lite coat of synthetic grease lube on the piston it runs well on 5 psi. ten or more gets it going as fast as I want to try.
The cylinders have .005" thick UHM wear strip between the frame and cylinder where they mate against each other. No aluminum against aluminum.
